^congrats, having someone like you owning a lotoo will be beneficial for the community. I am looking forward to your thoughts on lotoo pairs the the FAD IX and X. Currently they are the only IEM i am interest of owning simply because of their unique nature.

Congratz Kiats :) Do share your impression with the Fitear and the FAD :)

Thanks! Thus far, I've been listening with MH334/BW and MH335DW/Uber Too. Will continue tomorrow. Thus far, I've been picking up the pieces of my jaw after it hit the floor... ;)

Well, suffice it to say that there's a great synergy between these customs and the PAW: the pristine sound, depth of soundstage and details play very well with the fuller range signature of these two models.

I think you can tell I like what I'm hearing so far... :)

I have yet to hear one but the heritage, quality of build and topology of this device can't be beat.

Yes, I also bought it recently. The sound stage and rhythm are extremely gorgeous and even better compare to my QA360 with PB2 portable amp(4 x 627SM)

Lotoo has what I can say safely a perfect pairing with all balance armature IEM I have paired it with. As I said before by itself and any BA (excluding ER4S) the pairing is great and it comes down to whether you like the CIEM/IEM sound itself however with dynamic IEM it is a different story.

Add an amp and problem solved. They surely design a DAP that sounds great and the lineout is also remains true to what the DAP stands for which is providing the same quality sound using its line out.

I have no more urge to buy any DAP ever since I got the calyx M and Lotoo. the two complement each other and owning these two covers all things for me. I havent used my HUGO in well over 3 months. I have no need for it to tell you the truth. Which i dont use any of my DAPS as my daily music play ( i use my walkman) those who have good memory not to leave things behind on train/buses should be happy with lotoo battery life.

If you live in warmer climate perhaps the dap might get too hot to have in ones pocket and it might be a little heavy but those living in cold climate who already have coats with large pocket should be right at home with lotoo.

I've been using the PAW intermittently all day since 12 hours ago. Of course I get dragged to meetings and all. But still... Look at the battery meter...

Oh yes! It works very nicely with the Ref1. :)

That's really interesting, even Hugo got abandoned for 3 months.

Imagine the synergy between PAW Gold and MASS-Kobo model404 while hooking them up with ToTL ICs such as Wireworld Platinum Eclipse 7. That should be able to drive Abyss with authority and maybe not that many transportable rigs could beat such combo.

Since both PF IX and X should benefit from even more power, it's gotta be fun to compare PAW Gold alone versus 404 + PAW Gold.

With so much power on hand (2 x X5), that seems odd. An easy way to test the amp sections neutrality would be to level match with the volume control and compare amp out to line out, both into another amp. You can also try that with your other daps and see which are more similar through both outputs. Line out should always be better for a couple reasons but it removes how much of a preference is down to interface vs neutrality.

Hi folks,

Did anyone buy the PAW Gold from Amazon? Are there other dealers in the US? And finally, does anyone know the email address for Extreme Audio USA?

Thanks!
