Sure, though I'm not sure how many Triangle people check this forum. Really wish the ability to search for people by location would be implemented. If we get enough people, maybe we could actually get Headroom to send some stuff.

Let me know if you have a meeting I live in Apex and I will bring some toys to play with. A friend of mine has built a very nice Tube Headamp.
Thanx

I am interested. I live in the area, but have no good headphones and am considering my first purchase to go with my new 20GB iPod.

The only headphones I have (outside of cheap sony sporty-type headphones) is a Sony MDR-V150 which feels like someone is taking small knives and implanting them in my temples after about 30mins

Considering:

Sony MDR-CD780
Sennheiser PX-200
AKG K401

Trying to keep the first pair under <$100 and comfort is the top priority...preferably circumaural...

Just looking forward to meeting up with anyone from RTP,

Bill

I'm a few miles north of the Virginia-North Carolina line. It might be easier for me to go south to Raleigh than north to the D.C. area. However, it's not likely to happen this year; maybe next year?

That's certainly a valid consideration. Don't let me stop you; perhaps I can catch a second meet.

I'm glad to see some interest towards a meet....now could someone volunteer their house or suggest a place where we could do this? This would be the first step towards getting together.
