@zach915m gotta get all those Auteurs out. The natives are starting to get restless!

Unfortunately I can't make it next week. It's a shame because I've got a LCD-4 and a Liquid Gold on their way to me. :grin:

Maybe we can plan a bigger meet for late spring/early summer. Get some sponsors and try to attract some other people from the surrounding states to come. I also might know a good venue or two we can look into reserving.

MAN this is super tempting! I probably can't do it as we have been working saturdays trying to get headphones out, but you never know ahha. Thanks for the invite regardless!

The last few years they've been making a hard push into Naptown. There was little to no resistance offered. I'd say it was Hoosier hospitality, but it's more to do with our city being one of the most unhealthiest in the country.

So I may be without an amp for the meet. Will still be bringing my Elear and Mimby. Kind of sold my Jotunheim without deciding what I wanted to replace it with. Maybe I'll have something by then, maybe I won't.

there will be plenty of amps there for you to try your headphones I am sure... maybe this way you can decide what amp you want to buy next, get some different tastes, etc :)

i have a starving student hybrid amp with 2x USAF tubes and people have told me its equivalent to Lyr 2 sound wise, and i was only $100 to build it

Alright everyone, great news, weather is still solid... 45-50 degrees is expected for Saturday!!!! We lucked out big time, and Sunday is great weather too...

my gear I am bringing:

Starving Student Hybrid Amp with 2x USAF tubes.
Magni 3
Grace Design S

headphones: monoprice m560 with xbr500 earpads, audio technica ath-m40x with sony xbr1000 earpads, pioneer se-a1000 with hm5 velour earpads, monoprice 8324 (not 8323) with shure 1540 alcantara earpads, Philips SHP-9500 with HM5 leather earpads (though I prefer the sound with my alcantara earpads, however, the bass on the 8324 with the alcantara earpads is going to blow you away... you won't belive this is a $20 headphone lol)

thats all i am bringing, i ended up selling a few of my cans recently, akg k7xx just couldn't hold a candle to my m560's etc.
