I've been very pleased with CRKT knives. They're a company based in Oregon, I believe, and they put out a great product for the money. They also have about a bazillion different knives--probably any style you could ask for. Google for "CRKT" and check out their catalog. Prices vary widely online, too, so don't feel like you absolutely have to pay full price.
