So the company thats was at the NEW IMR address have moved to IMRS OLD address?????

This is too fishy

Is this bobs second something or something?

Because im sure someone from here went to the old address and it was a website designer company there now which is who is there now but they were previously at IMRs NEW address?

Whats the chance of that happening ??

Keep in mind, just because the website (and apparently the company) is back doesn't mean Bob is still involved. Our theory is that Bob had massive financial difficulties, and likely legal ones. Perhaps his assets have been acquired by a new entity and they are trying to revive the brand and get things going again. If that were the case, they would be wise to explain all of this and address the lingering and very real concerns we have about what has happened.

The wording on the site also seems to suggest this version of IMR is a contract manufacturer, not a direct retailer.

But I'll admit, the fact that the address is still Derbyshire may refute all of what I wrote above.

This may be the case but my unerstanding of UK law is that Bob could well be heavily involved but with yet another person such as wife/partner/cousin or pet dog as the head of the company with companies house. This in theory dependant on registered name leaves Bob free to fleece again.
This was common practice amongst double glazing companies and resturants many years ago. People tell me it's still possible to do the same now
