Just managed to snag the used Elan+ from their ebay store for £355 all in. This will be my second set of IMR iems after getting a pair of IMR Zeniths from their ebay store as well. Has anyone got these two IMR sets that can give a comparison on the sound difference of the two pairs? Thanks

Congrats. Love my set. They needed a good 5-600 hours of burn in to turn the corner and smooth everything out
One tip though is using foam tips with a warm source if possible can suit the E+ well
If you find the energy of the treble of the Elan+ try using the orange filter from your Zeniths

Ok thanks for the tips Jon. I currently use the copper filter with my Zeniths, so could move the orange filter over if needed and it sounds like it could be a good match for my Mojo2/Poly stack.

It took a while and a bit off trying different filters etc but now my set of Elan+ sounds perfect. Best of luck. I hope you find audionirvana with your set. They are quite different from Zenith !

The Elan+ is one of IMR's Best a far more articulate Bass than the Zenith maybe less Quantity but far more Quality. The treble contrary to what some perceive is stellar. The Copper filter from the Zenith is a good place to start then when it's fully burnt in experiment with the others I ended up with black bottom Blue top using alzla Sedna earfit light tips. I recommend a a warm cable and source and you will be reward with on of the best iems in the price bracket.
