In line with this, I would like to share the delightful experience I had with Bob.

You see, the Splash Of Red I received initially had a channel imbalance - the right side was louder than the left side. And it ate me from inside. When I reported the issue to him, he told me to burn it in for a few hours and then check. I burnt it in for more than 150 hours and the issue was still there. I sent a mail to him at night and went to sleep. Next day morning I got a mail that a replacement unit has been shipped to me, and I was requested to ship the defective units to him after I receive the new units!
Frankly, in my whole life, that is the best customer service experience I have ever had!

Oh, I had the same issues weeks ago and Bob send me only the one side as replacement. Did he send you both sides?

I had another SOG in the cart (cause I like to have a spare pair… don’t ask me why…) and the sor to compare it with the ozar but at the end I declined, I need to save cash and focus on my business, I already have ozar and a pair of SOG, I think I can let my itch go. I’m actually super excited about upcoming zenith, that one I’ll get with a spare pair from the beginning

Not IMR I'm waiting for the new Zenith & the "affordable" AMT? But i did pick up a EarStudio ES100 which I'm enjoying very much and i wanted a cheap basshead iem so I got a PaiAudio DR2 which is surprisingly a great little iem!
In regards to the new CNT Zenith i would LOVE Bob to keep the white & black it looks awesome! Also, i would really really appreciate if he could make the screw a bit smaller, its the reason i only use my zenith OG at home i look like a robot with them sticking out my ear!!!

Actually I did not have any idea which side was having the problem, but I could detect that there is an unbalance. That's what I tol Bob, hence I think he sent me both sides.
