I'm surprised at how many cancelled their orders for the "Budget Friendly" line, that all three are available. Did a one month delay really cause such an exodus or did most take the opportunity to upgrade?

Maybe he got more drivers for opening up more slots, i would do it. BC sounds amazing in paper, and edp+ For sure (i hope) will hit it out of the park.

Trying to decide potentially going for Knight vs EDP+ for on-the-go use case.... haven’t found much discussion about the former, and wonder how they could compare?
If you can afford it go for EDP+ - If you cant afford EDP+ or specifically need/want a tiny form IEM go for the knight

Are the prices in the website excluding UK tax? for example, I see that Elysium is at 800GBP. I doubt that this price does not include UK tax. I live in Belgium and don't want to pay UK tax and Belgian tax

The current arrangement, post-Brexit, the UK has with some countries is tax collection at source, (I am not sure whether that arrangement applies to the EU). The aim is to reduce the bureaucracy around imports, so if that arrangement applies to the EU for exports from the UK, it would explain the tax inclusive sum you may have to pay. All this is unclear, so a chat with Bob will clarify all. Let us know how you get on.

For the EU the cart does not include VAT. It is collected by customs when the iems reach the country of import. For France I have to add 20% to whatever the cart says.

Yes I confirm what you said. This is not fair to pay UK and EU tax. Bob should have removed the UK tax from the iems in his website. Someone from UK will pay 800GBP for the Elysium, the same amount that will be paid by EU customer except that they will have to pay 21% more for EU tax

No no no, EU people are not double paying, the price in the cart is without the UK tax! So you only pay the local VAT for your country. UK people have a different price in their cart, more £ because it includes UK VAT.

That is not correct. If I enter an address in UK or an address in Belgium, the price remains the same. you can easily figure out that 800GBP is most likely a price that includes VAT since it is a rounded price

I think all prices are excluding VAT.
