Got here from a post about ear health. Here's my question: Can it be the opposite too—that good music is WORSE for your ears BECAUSE there's much more detail/sounds?

I ask because I never listen above 85 for sure. And yet, trying, for example, the Ananda, I had a weird ear thing I've never had. Almost hurts, rings a bit. Not sure what it is, but could it be the detail itself? Any help from anyone? Similar issues?
