the seller says only accept bank transfer ,
so if i want to deal with him
i have to transfer money first ? 
i mean,i f i transfer my money first ,he dont shipping to me ..
then how can i do .

Ask if the seller uses paypal. Paypal has buyer protection so if the seller tries to scam you, you can file a claim and get your money back.
 
I think almost everyone uses paypal here, or at any online trading forums for that matter.
