My chain is modi 2 multibit –darkvoice-Senn 650

If I was to upgrade,should I upgrade the Dac or the Amp?

Im looking for recommendations.

Depends. What are you looking to get out of an upgrade? Do you want the HD 650's sound signature, just better?

A Bottlehead Crack would be my first choice for amp or a Massdrop Cavalli Tube Hybrid both are good but the CTH would work with more headphones.

im looking to upgrade the amp, i like the tube sound ,i was considering A Bottlehead Crack around that price range

Well for the 650’s I don’t think there is better than the Bottlehead Crack. The next best for me is the Cavalli Tube Hybrid. But the Crack is just awesome.

Well...why are you considering upgrading?

If you don't really have a problem with the system's performance might as well just kick back and just listen than think of the equipment.
