The DAC says 48kHz. When its a native dsd file there is a delay as if the DAC needs time to convert to 48 kHz in PCM. No such problems when I play direct from the computer via usb.
This normaly hapens when using AirPlay, I do not have this issue in roon and my dac's, there is one issue with a denon PMA 2500NE internal dac and ifi is that does not pass DSD256, but passes DSD128 perfectly at least on that specific internal DAC, strange not giving the DSD Native 256 on the denon DAC, the SMS200 Ultra Works well and gives the DSD256. So I have some issues present on some of my DAC's but until now nothing is downsampled if I not specify to do it.

Some dac need windows driver to output native dsd, as for Linux, see if you are lucky, ZS use Volumio, but it was two years ago.

Hello,

today I receive Zen Stream :-D
4 days from the Netherlands to Slovenia :thumbsup:Now I'm waiting for it to stabilize ... because of the temperature difference.
And I received a 9V iPower power supply. I was hoping it would be 12V :worried:

regards,
Simon

For now Tidal connect works and sounds very good. ZS is in the AIO mode. I didn’t update ZS. Its on 2.25 version. It only very slowly scans my music from a directly connected 2.5 "500 hdd. It will be necessary to purchase a power supply for the disk or SSD.

Edit: Tidal connect works for 3 hours flawlessy but now 2x lost connectio. Restart and now working. Hmm...
Hello,

so I get 9V iPower PS. With ZS. Maybe this is reason for lost connection on Tidal connect.

Ok. Yes I remember that Node 2021 had this too. Nice to hear that the ZS have this option.
Thank you

Simon

Yes! Happy to hear the radio station option is one you enjoy.
i heard from TREO today in Singapore, they well go ahead with the refund for the defective Zen Steam that i returned, minus a 50% restocking fee! a restocking fee on what they determined to be a defective unit? really? watch out for these guys.

Please keep all of your discussions with TREO private as they do not need to be broadcasted here.

Hey there,

How is your Zen Stream doing? Is it still having the occasional connection issue?

has anyone had stability issues with the Lumin streamers?

Please ask this question is in the Lumin thread. Thanks!

No. Windows with JRiver via DLNA.

Can you post a screenshot of your JRiver and DLNA settings?
