Any chance you could snap a picture of the case w/ the XDSD in it? Or a photo of the case itself? I only see one pic on RHA site.

Appreciate your recommendation and effort very much!

thank you very much! So there’s no way for cables to really fit through while it’s closed?

I leave it folded but unzipped, and use an elastic band (like the ones used to stack portable stuff) to keep it closed.

Congratulations iFi audio.

Thanks!

£500 for a 6 way extension lead, OK a good 6 way extension lead but wow.

Our PowerStation goes WAY beyond that. Its primary task is to deliver power to several connected components, but free from noise. That's the tricky part, which we handled going the active and very effective route. You could easily spend $$$ for an active power product.

Hi guys, so I got a xDSD a couple of week and I am loving it so far. It's amazing for portable use like when I go to a Cafe to do some work or when I traveling around on the subway. Recently got a Fearless S8f and ran into noise floor issues so I had to use IEMatch. Can anyone with the same combo confirm? I thought the xDSD has a really low noise floor but I guess the IEMs are too sensitive?

Hi, I'm enjoying my xDSD quite a bit. I noticed that when i turn it on, sometimes XBass or 3D are enabled without actually turning them on. Is there a way to set them to be off by default?

Noted, we'll pass your feedback to our tech team to investigate.

The folks at ifi are phenomenal. I had a defective device after 1 year of daily use, emailed ifi and they were kind enough to send me a new set asap. I'm grateful for their service and will stick with them for future portables.

Thanks, we're happy we could help!

Being an owner of the first Micro iDSD from the 512 unit pre-order, my unit has survived the last 4/5(?) years but has began to break to break down. The connection in the pre-amp/direct button is now loose and the iEMatch from a loose connection, now no longer works at all (stuck on off) with the same loose connection that gives some channel imbalance unless positioned properly.

A local technician couldn't fix it so my question now is how does the xDSD compare to the original Micro iDSD? I've heard the Black Label when it was released and while amazing, it wasn't enough to move me to upgrade. Now that my iDSD is slowly breaking down, I hope to replace it with the xDSD and wait instead for the third gen of the Micro iDSD.

If anyone has heard both, I'd hope to learn more about their comparison single ended via the headphone out, balanced on the xDSD vs single ended on the Micro iDSD via the headphone out as well, and comparison between the DAC sections/line-out.

Thank you in advance!
