That's the issue, yes. We poured our entire know-how into this design. It's very difficult to further improve it and remain its price at a reasonable level.

At the end of the day I’m starting to realize that after spending 7k on a Carbon cc, the iESL and a decent speaker amp would have been all I needed for my listening style. It is a stellar multi purpose device.
