Do you guys sell the "Banana / RCA (male cable) For grounding with AC iPurifier to equipment" cable separately anywhere?
I have a Groundhog, but not the + unit, so it would be redundant to buy it again for just a single cable.

I just got the power station today and I am not that satisfied. It make certain instruments at treble area sound weak and blur. The particular track I figured this out is the Jazz Variants by Ozone Percussion Group. The descending bar chime at 4:10 is weak and blur. There is another ascending bar chime at 4:07 but this one is better. I have 2 original AC iPurifiers plugged into generic power strip and that don't have such problem.

One day is a time window way to small to adjust to the product, plus if you got it new, it needs to work for some hours. It's not the first time we read that a piece of a song got weaker, less present, diluted etc. Please give it some time, about a week, and then tell us what you think :)

@iFi audio

I have long been curious about power conditioners and their overall impact on reducing RFI; however, I also wondered if I had to buy two identical power cables to achieve the desired sound? I already have an audiophile power cable with a specific sonic signature. Do I need to buy another one from the PowerStation to the wall to keep the sound consistent? Some of these audiophile power cables are expensive and if I need two that it makes it a tougher proposition. I'm guessing a cheap $2 cable won't provide the same experience, but lowering the system noise floor by 36db sounds incredible. Anyone have any thoughts or experience with this?

Power filters in general work with what they already have and provide upgrades in regards not related to music but improve tech aspects; less grain, less tension, darker backdrop etc.

I am not going to keep the power station. can I return it to the seller?

Sure, please contact your original supplier. Thanks!

I have contacted the dealer and they said NO. They said no return after opened. The unit is from your official distributor Avangarde in Hong Kong

Can you please forward us your conversation with them via PM here on HF please? We'd like to know the backround. Thanks!

Just received mine! Love the iPurifiers that I'm using and initially I'm hearing great things with 2 of them and this power station. I think I can keep my router switched on now, will reserve judgment on that for now.

I have only one complaint if I may. The polarity light is red on the station but not on the purifiers. This is perplexing to me.

Any suggestions?

A bit odd. We'd suggest to unplug PowerStation and connect each separate iPurifier into the same mains and see whether these will have their polarity LEDs in check or not. Also, at times polarity is a country specific thing, not all power lines are alike.

We'd also open up a ticket here: http://support.ifi-audio.com/

Once in a while our tech staff gets questions similar to yours, so if you can please contact us there, thanks!
