Kind of sad to see my display is suffering from burn-in already after a few months of use. If you have the neo idsd, make sure to set the display mode to OFF. I can clearly see burnt pixels being dim on mine as I left a setting for too long (such as my windows sample rate)

I like to check what my volume is at before playing something, so I left it on.

If you'd like us to get you a replacement, I'm sure we can! Reach out to the local distributor you bought the unit from and keep us posted here.

Lovely how little support there is just less than a year of the product being on the market. Still awaiting the optional filter adjustments through firmware. Found this curious at the Download Hub (screenshot attached). It's only October 16 where I'm at and this update is marked for next week.
The filter option is probably not happening anytime soon with the company devoting time on launching new products

We provide after-market support on all of our products, some even past their end of life.

The filters are being worked on and are in testing now. I will have an update as soon as they are available for public consumption.

The filters part is really appreciated here. Thanks! 😊

Hi all.
I have iFi Neo connected to my speakers via XLR and headphones via 4.4mm.
Is there a way to switch between the two outputs?
At the moment only the speakers are active.
You can only switch the back outputs to be variable or fixed level, but you can't turn the volume without affecting the front headphone out. No practical way to switch.

Thanks for your answer. Perhaps I was not clear enough. I would like to choose if I want to listen to speakers or headphones.
At the moment the only way to listen to headphones is to unplug speaker cable.

I know what you mean and it's just not possible. The only options are what I described.

The power button currently has no additionaluse for single or double taps, so they could put this function on there perhaps.

I'll chat with our R&D team to see if there's a way we can implement this feature with double or triple taps!

Am I correct that the pcm bit perfect filter everyone’s been requesting here for over a year will now only be available to the performance edition?

We'll get back to that subject shortly!

I am also confused about the Xmos usb interface, I thought the original Neo came with 16 core processor?

Yes, NEO iDSD is a decoder, thanks!
