I have S.M.S.L SU-9 + Topping A90 in my Xmas basket (check out basket) on one of the online stores. For the none mobile desktop solution.

I wonder how close this new IFI can come to that in every aspect, performance, SQ, price.

I wish it was 2-3 months later from now and IFI had the guts (or a random user) to send one of these to ASR for review. Then I would have the answer more or less.

Looks really nice. So I don't mind changing to this one, but only if it is not a step down. The other two (expecially the A90) has been many time as you all know called "endgame" level.

I'd say that end game stuff means something different to each person and in each category there are many products that share space on the top.

Looks very attractive, you have to give it that. Full marks for that Ifi audio.
Also cost same as the IFI Micro iDSD Signature.
Very tempting. Hope that we will see an object review soon.
I with there were more details about gain settings and such. For use is sensitive IEM as well as hard driven CANs.

It is on my top 2 short list now for sure as the none mobile setup to compliment the Signature. I will get either this or the stack that I listed about. Obviously this would be more convinient. I do prefect and all in one, vs. a stack. And this end up a bit cheaper too expecially with not needing and XRL and such.

iPower 5V included, nice. Didn't expect a remote somehow, but that's very welcome. A Pentaconn to 4-pin XLR adapter would have been a nice touch. Better yet, 4-pin XLR on the device, and an adapter to Pentaconn in the box.
