Is there any answer to this? I have the same issue. Flashing red and green. Holding for 12 sec briefly shows blue light and goes back to o flashing red and green.
Regarding help here following the reset procedure, if this is a no-go please open a support ticket...

Update on using in the Apple "walled garden". I'm not blaming iFi for all my woes, but connecting to my M1 MadMini is a finicky nightmare, even though I truly enjoy the sound. But there are some ongoing issues that keep repeating. To be honest I have not used my iPad or iPhone much for this equipment....so I can't comment on connection reliability yet. As it stands, I just don't want to give up using my M1 MacMini and this rig.

1. I can't always get the earbuds left and right to connect (blue LED left and right, or just the left one connects to the MacMini).

2. Volume control is finicky. Sometime I get to control volume via the MacMini, other times I have to rely on the Tidal app. I'm guessing this is Apple's issue?

I really wish iFi and Apple could make peace and provide an Apple iOS app. that would allow easy firmware updates. Apple seems to update OS and iOS so frequently these days, I think a easy reliable firmware update is a must!

Frankly speaking non-Apple headphones from B&W and M&D do not give me connection issues or volume control issues. It is a shame because I do the the IE600 and this iFi products sound!

Are there any Apple device users have issue with this iFi product? Or am I just the outlier of the headphone universe? :ksc75smile:

My Go Pods were returned to you per your instructions within ticket: #182933. I've received notice of a shipment is on its way back to me after the go pods were tested. Did they find a cause for the sudden volume increase? Have my Go Pods been repaired and you are sending them back or are these replacements? I've asked the same questions on the ticket and haven't received a response yet. When I receive them, I am going to use them with a Sony Walkman instead of an iPhone. At least I can modify the response time on an Android device.

I can agree with that.

I will post a support link at the bottom of the first post, but I fear that in the majority of cases, folks mostly don't read even a page back to see if their issue is current or resolved. I of course do what I can here as a basic troubleshooting or help folks find their way, but I have no insight into the tickets or that system.

I will update the first post as you suggested and see if it helps alleviate things some.

You are fine, no issue with what you did!

Perhaps some clarification is due here.

I can indeed take a person's support ticket number and send it to my contacts in support to be sure some attention gets 'Elevated so to speak" but I cannot see your support ticket. So never hesitate to ask a question here, someone else may know or at the very least I will see it and be able to comment, or help direct you in what you need to do!

I can certainly suggest that we send a pair, in all honesty, I do not know how that works. My vague understanding of ASR was that forum members would send in their own equipment, to avoid any sense of impropriety in ASR, non-sponsored and all as they are.

Thank you for posting the measurements as they were, Bluetooth in itself will of course continue to improve over time, I still wonder if in my lifetime we will ever see wireless numbers that truly compete with wired performance.

I received a pair of these this week. Paired with Shure se846’s, the sound is nearly as good as a wire when using LDAC990. I have used my laptop with the Alternative A2DP driver and with a Galaxy S20+ after installing Sony Music Center and it worked well. I should have an LHDC One next week, which I look forward to testing.

Anyone else have this issue...

I lift weights (sort of, I'm old and do my best. I put these on and listen to mixed music I've made (think of it as an album and it's entirely gapless). Anyway, about 30 minutes or so into it music stops. I have to go to my tablet and hit play to restart (can't use touch on Go Pod). Roon, my own music, through an OnePlus Pad to Go Pod.

I kinda wonder if it's a text message that comes through and stops the music, but I can't be sure.?.
