That’s strange. I’ve had the Go Pods for almost 6 months now and each time I put them back in the case the BT connection terminates. I pair mine with a Sony WM1AM2.
Make sure when you put them in the case the little LED shines red indicating that they are charging, which turns them off. Sometimes the contact is not made and the Go Pods are still on and connected via BT.

It seems like the volume levels on the Go Pods themselves always resets when I put them in the case. Are you guys working on a way to fix that? Aside from that, I don't really have any complaints.
Good sound, good sound level and I LOVE the fact that they don't always try to connect at all times like the Fiio UTWS5!

Could it have something to do with combination of the source and your Go Pods paired together? My Go Pods are paired with my Sony WM1AM2 and I’ve never experienced the volume resetting once the Go Pods go back in the case.

I would at least drop a ticket with support to point out the issue. That way there is a list being formed that the team can look to if this becomes a more significant issue.

What's the average battery life of one charge? I don't see this anywhere on the specs. I would like to know so I know how long it will last on a flight.
