Do they exist? If so who makes a pair of decent ones?

I plan on using a pair for exercise and day to day activities but my old SE530's are starting to break

If your SE530's are starting to break, you might also consider having them reshelled by Fisher Hearing - they'll add a replaceable cable. That is - if you're out of the warranty period.

The costs would be $80 + cost of impressions ($20-50) + new cable ($20) + shipping.

That would be a good option, i kinda like my 530's lol and its a pain comparing others when you cant test them out.

Ill shoot them an email and see what they say.

By cost of impressions do you mean ear molds? That will be pretty hard since im in Australia and they are in the States ><
