Does this "Tubestate" affect the DAC line out or just in the amp section only?

Support Ticket System is better.  They are more technical.
 
The email goes to the marketing department and with technical information they have to forward onto the technical people.
 
Cuts through one layer of administration.

If you open an STS ticket, we can email the headphone calculator excel and you can see how loud it goes on the nano iDSD/micro iDAC2/micro iDSD with the LCD-2F.
 
You can try it with any headphone as you input the data and it gives you a reply.

Since I upgraded to latest 5.20 firmware into my iDAC2, sometime when I open a music or stream, it needs 1/2 seconds before sound can be heared, instead or hearing it directly.
Anyone else here facing same issue ? (never has this issue in previous 5.1 firmware)

I have encountered something similar while watching YouTube. After clicking on video, it crops first 0.5 seconds on audio. I don't know if that's issue of iFi's firmware.

May I suggest that you reinstall Firmware 5.1 and see if the problem goes away.

I have one problem with playing audio/video files occasionally...
Latency i think. I am experiencing break ups when watching/listening to youtube videos and at same time doing something else. 
Not all the time but occasionally. iDac2 is connected to USB3 port with USB3 cable (not cheap).
Windows 10 Home (x64).
I tried on second 3.0 port as on 2.0. Not better.
DAC is on bitperfect mode and in buffer settings is SAFE - 4096.
 
Is normal that iFi control panel does not load on startup in notification area and i have to manually launch it through shortcut?

Ignore the Firmware as the cause.
 
Trouble you to open an STS:
 
support.ifi-audio.com
 
And the techs will run through your PC. In the meantime you can try JRMC/PWM and run a 'Benchmark Test' and send a screenshot of the score through to the tech people. That should shine a light on things.
 
Anything like this or latency, just run this and open an STS. You can also try DPC Latency Checker.
