I'd love to clean my IEM via a ultrasonic cleaner, anybody did this before?

If you're talking about putting your IEMs in a solvent, even water, DON'T. The whole purpose of an ultrasonic cleaner is to get into every crack and crevice and you will not be able to guarantee that the liquid will not get in somewhere that you can't readily get it out. All the ones I've ever seen use a solvent.

How dirty are your ears anyway?
