Do the strands not look a little blurry/artificial to you?

And look at the "hamster" markings on the left earcup...
See the slight black shadows lining the wood near the support?
They are the same (albeit of different sizes) in each picture...
That is the most artificial-looking lighting that I have ever seen.
Let us not forget the "hamster excretion" and the "mildew..."

Edwood, you are a great photoshopper -- but just confess to it and move on!

I'm with BANGPOD - this has to be a 04/01 prank.
While that IS an amazing photoshop job - I thought Ed only had 1 hamster left, and in this thread he claims "one of my hamsters" did this. Plus the whole hamster peeing in the cup is too much - way too funny (and evil) to be true...
Plus I don't actually believe he'd physically harm a hamster even for revenge.

I must say this prank got me, too, at first. Great job, Ed!!!

I think if I were a hamster I would go after the leather pads first...yummmm

Well I do think it's a photoshop job not because I can spot flaws in the job, but because the three pictures are one and the same. The second and third pictures are just crops of the first. Had that been real damage, Edwood would have most likely taken a real (separate) close up pic of the damage for the second pic and the third. Instead, if you look carefully (e.g. angles, where the headphones overlap the patterns of the woodboard underneath), it is just exactly same photo, just cropped and enlarged. This was required of course because replicating the damage in separate pictures at different angles, scales, would have certainly been almost impossible to do properly, sufficient scrutiny would have most likely spotted flaws.

In any case, I do think this is a top notch photoshop job, and actually I got completely fooled until reading the warning reminding it was April's fool. Excellent one Ed!!!!

yea scott made me see it, his blurring and stuff is kinda obvious around the lines where its bear wood... Yet its one of the best photoships i've seen, and i've seen alot of them.
