Just received mine today. Out of the box, i love the sound. Using it on my iphone and AK240.

Awesome! I'm surprised it's slightly translucid.
Could you do a quick comparison with the pioneer ch9t you used to have?

Had to go for the red/blue, I have the 03s which are black. Looks like the 04s may have a wood effect face plate, Makes for a colourful collection

I chose the red/blue for the same reason. Would love to get the 04s in the wood, that looked super slick. I've only got one pair of wooden IEMs from Meze currently.

Bought them direct from the Ibasso website, I think everything is shipped from Shenzhen via Hongkong. Could have bought them elsewhere, kind of getting used to ordering direct from Ibasso

I have an iPhone SE at the moment and I am looking for an affordable IEM. I wonder if they already sound good with a basic smartphone or if they scale a lot with a DAP.

They sound good from a iphone 5 ,but what is absolutly fabulous is how it plays with the ak sp1000cu , for the price is mind blowing
