How is all your battery life with the AMP12?
I am still burning in with the same album, same settings, same volune and same burn-in cable (except the adapter added to make it 4,4mm) and i am getting around half of the analog battery life then with the AMP11 MKII.

Approaching 275 hours on the AMP12 and it really does change. The sound is even fuller, no loss of detail or huge sound stage and very natural sounding, Where some lesser recordings were harder to listen to, that isn't the case now. Really a nice addition!

Just ordered AMP12 on Hifi-passion.de :relaxed:
Their site is buggy when you select english version... I choose german with Safari's french translate and all is ok...
Now waiting :beyersmile:

Until now I've never seen a simple "burn in cable with build in charge" in the market before. Props to iBasso for coming up with the idea.

been playing with some of the big cans I have... a nice pairing with Utopia, even if the cable was by no means the best one to use.....

I'm really impressed by this DX300... easily on pair / better than my secondary desktop rig (Auralic Vega + Taurus MKII)
also not far from my main rig (MSB Analog + custom Halgorythme 300B)
...and I'm not even at 100h :slight_smile::slight_smile:

Agreed with you, pair with this cans, DX300 alone still manage almost fully drive this Cans, although proper AMP like Milo, will make this shy CANS more open

Managed to set up and use the DX300 to be USB DAC for Apple Music Lossless streaming off the iPad Pro. But still not entirely reliable in terms of getting it to work every single time. Contrast the Sony DAPs and FiiO M15 which work flawlessly all the time.
Not sure what I am missing

Think it may well be that it needs to be connected and then rebooted to get certainty. This is with an iPad mini which has a lightning connector. Notice I'm not using the apple CCK which is just an adaptor. More compact lightning to female USB A adapter

I got my dx300 with mk1 back in January. It’s been working flawlessly until I popped in the amp 12 module, listened to it for 6 hours and then put it on my regular PD charger after switching it off. A few hours later the dx300 won’t boot. I tried changing chargers and even swapped back to amp11mk1. Anyone face this issue? Is there a button combo that hard resets a unit that doesn’t want to boot up. Also, no green light when I plug in the charger.

Running the USB DAC on the DX300, with the iPhone XS Max as digital transport to stream Apple Music. :)

What cable did you use to connect to your iPad Pro? I used a Lotoo USB C to C cable and it is not recognizing the DAP.
