Started listening to Apple Music. Here are some quick comments, I’m not a reviewer so please excuse the poor descriptions. Straight off -- a tad bright, bearable still, suspect will improve after burn in. Very very different from the R2R sound, as expected, and closer to the SP2K sound (really or just my imagination since both on the AKM4499?).

On Ne Me Quitte Pas from Ledisi Sings Nina, soundstage widens audibly, not as in the face as the HM1000. Better separation between the vocals and instruments. More pacey, choppier decay if that makes sense; lost some of that tugging emotions, rounded edges of the R2R signature sound in exchange for pure raw power. Wonderful details and transparency. Not sure if it's 24-bit, the top left bar shows 44.1 KHz, which clearly is not as hires as could be. Quite pleasantly surprised that I could feel the air (and maybe spit) from the ne me quitte PAHHHHHH crescendo! I wouldn’t dump any of my other DAPS for this, but for all the hype and great expectations, I must say the 300 Max Ti didn’t disappoint.
Fitear 335DW custom on Wagnus Sieve Sheep. Unfortunately that’s all I have at the moment, everything else is either packed away for the office renovation or haven’t arrived. Might have to rip up some carton boxes now…

Yes, eventhough the 2MAX SS is only 120Gr more, the 2MAX feels significantly heavier. I think 600Gr is pretty much upper tolerances for weight limit lol...I need to bench more weight
For people who has problem with Google Play Store just to get this Neutron Player, please follow these steps
1/ Download Google play store from APKPure
2/ Download Device ID. The blue droid
3/ open this link to register, login to your Google account
4/ Open device ID, and get your Google framework number
5/ register
6/ sign into your play store on 3Max and get on with it
I took out my side vinyl and only take 10 seconds to wipe clean

Here is another solution. This is how to add DAC volume control button on navigation bar.
1. Pull down quick settings panel and press gear icon for about 3 sec then release it.
2. "System UI Tuner" is added on the bottom of Settings>System. Tap "System UI Tuner."
3. Tap "Navigation bar."
4. Set each value as below, then close settings and you will see DAC volume control button on navigation bar.
(You can set "Layout" value as you like.)
*You can see a full list of keycodes (assignable key events) here. Each keycode is listed as "Constant Value" on the linked page.
holding down the Setting gears icon doesn’t do anything. So after you register your Google play store, just download System UI Tuner, and follow those steps
