I enjoy pure Mango
Then you already have it. I see no reasons why pure Mango booted from 8.1 should be any better than booted from 6.1...

Because I also use the "Android" mode, not as often, but I do. Still happy with 6.1, if you do "Pure Mango" in 8.1, it would be fantastic, if not, I will stay on 6.1. You are doing a fantastic job, and your work differentiates the DX150 from other DACs and makes it very valuable; thank you.

I agree Javre. I ran Lurker's firmware on my dx80 and now on the dx150. He does a great job and really adds value to this device. Ibasso makes a great device and Paul has stood behind the product. The support on this forum is equally as great. Is it safe to assume that the tube amp module along with the docking station will be available q1 2019? Just kidding lol. All of my previous issues were resolved. I needed to change the windows driver for usb mass storage and the wifi issue some how resolved itself. This only appeared to be an issue right after flashing the firmware. Once rebooted it connected to 2ghz fine. The wifi is running flawlessly. I am pulling 114 mbps (pay for 100mbps) and my upload rate is 12 mbps (pay for 10).

Dave just released a new version of USB Audio Player Pro, with full direct support of DX150/DX200! Enjoy up to DSD256 on DX150 directly!

Also, unlike Neutron, UAPP supports SACD ISO images, so now we have gapless SACD playback on DX200 without additional efforts (no USB Audio app is required).

Happy New Year!

I just updated to Lurker firmware A8.1-L1.15

I have a problem that I can't connect to my 5GHz network it get stuck on connecting... or authenticating or obtaining IP address...

No problem on the 2.4GHz network.

Both 2.4GHz and 5GHz works fine on the official stock firmware 1.01.017

Anyone experiencing the same issue the the Lurker firmware?

Hi everyone, happy new year!
I tried to install magisk tonight, I downloaded the full version, chose the direct install (recommended) option then rebooted. It went straight to recovery. Then from recovery I rebooted to ... Recovery again. The player doesn't boot up anymore... Tried to reboot to bootloader mode and it got stuck on the dx150 logo screen. Now I am installing oreo again because I don't know what else to do... Has anyone successfully managed to get Magisk installed on 8.1 lurker version? Thanks

How am I able to tell if resampling is going on in pure android mode?
I saw a thread here that the player I used, Rocket Player, uses its own audio decoder over android's in the premium version.
Any help would be great, it's between this and the hiby.

It is already installed: look at its version at the top of Manager screen. Just don't touch "Install" button.

Now I am installing oreo again because I don't know what else to do
Enough to flash the add-on once again.

which android version do you prefer?6.o or the 8.1?
Regardless of Android version, I always use the latest firmware on all iBasso DAPs.

My DX150 only shows the 2.4GHz connection, I have tried a manual search using the SSID but it does not fin it.

We have 3 cellphones and a tablet all find the 5GHz Network.

I have only just recently received the 150 and cannot remember if it showed the 5Ghz Network when I received it.

I can't imagine what may affect WiFi in my add-on. My DX150 still connects to 5GHz just fine. I'd suggest to install WiFi Analyzer from Play Store to see networks and channels available.
