BT works with 16/44.1. Anything larger and you will get no sound or static. Is the USB for OTG or are you trying to use the USB to output digital?

Using the USB OTG with my iFi xDSD.

Hey guys, I have been in the market for a new DAP and looking for an android based device most likely to be able to support streaming services. I am looking to use Deezer due to a bigger catalog of music that I am looking for compared to Spotify or Tidal. I know AK devices do not support Tidal offline, and I am planning on primarily using this device in my car and on the road away from Wifi so offline playback is a big thing for me. I am looking to obtain music from Deezer for offline playback that I cannot find on hires websites for purchase and essentially build up a second collection in there. I also am looking for a device that can function as a USB DAC for my PC when on the go with my laptop or at work. I was looking at the DX200 and did not realize this existed and the DX200 is a little out of my price range.

Would you guys say there are significant differences between the 2 devices? I am definitely not quite as experienced as some of you guys are. Do you think I would notice a significant noticeable difference in sound/quality between the 2 devices? Especially if I am primarily using with headphones on the go rather than hooking it up to a home speaker system etc? This looks like it may be the perfect device for me, fit in my price range even if I buy it new rather than used, and support the functionality I am looking for from a device.

DX150 has excellent stand-by power saving. That was one of the biggest problems with the DX200. It drained like crazy when you weren't using it. iBasso seems to have made some clever updates to their design.

Yep, I've also found the DX150 to be better than the DX200 in that regard.

what usb cable are you using?

The USB OTG Adapter with a male to female USB Cable to connect it to the iFi xDSD. It works perfectly fine with my M3S.

Have the same problem with my HDP-R10 (DX100). Thought battery itself was the problem and planned to install a new one but, based on your post, sounds more like a design issue.

Is it software part or hardware?

I'm sorry. I have no access to the engineering archives of iBasso, so your guess is as good as mine.
