I have usb c to micro usb adapter and usb c to lighting adapter and neither one works, has someone same problem? What is the correct voltage? Some power supplies or power banks generate from 4.9 to 5.3V. What is better to choose? Does it matter? - @Paul - iBasso can you help a little here?
Tthe adapters in the last photos (female C to C and A to C and 360` C to C) turned out to be very useful for me in organizing cables on the desk, when the elite is standing vertically it is very easy to adjust the volume)

Then something to do with the adapter. What, I don't know. I know that apple doesn't use OTG, from what I have read.Yes, they work.

Coming out of a latest up date, none of my cables would work with my iPhone. I finally pushed and held the button on the side of the elite and audio came back on. Perhaps this might help your situation…?Then something to do with the adapter. What, I don't know. I know that apple doesn't use OTG, from what I have read.

This thing makes a great source for the Loxjie P20, other headphone amps are available. As someone said no line-out and technically its double-amping as some call it but it matters little as it is a very low noise source and the design makes for a great source to drive a headphone amp.
I started using it this way with my HD650, it has a 6.3mm plug and I couldn't find a 3.5mm male to 6.3mm female adaptor so I put the amp in-between and now I'm keeping things setup like this for a while, sounds great to me.

If you’re connecting to an iPhone, make sure to use an OTG adapter. There are a few on Amazon or you can get the ddhifi one.I have usb c to micro usb adapter and usb c to lighting adapter and neither one works, has someone same problem?
Your first picture shows an adapter that seems to be charge only. Those don’t work, even if they say they transfer data. It has to be an OTG adapter. Hope this helps!
Thanks, so this is than a problem, both adapters don't support OTG...If you’re connecting to an iPhone, make sure to use an OTG adapter. There are a few on Amazon or you can get the ddhifi one.

Just got the Elite, what a great device! It sucks the juice from my SR35 so the Y split cable is a godsend. I don't know if it's the dongle or the player, but my RS2 could feed the Mojo2 for hours without losing charge.
