iBasso D3 Problem

Hi everyone,

Hope this is a pretty minor thing, but I recently purchased a near new condition iBasso D3 amp. Popped in new batteries, and the thing won't turn. Plugging it into my laptop only gets the usb blue light to flicker weakly for a bit and make some sounds, then it dies. I'm wondering what to do next, any suggestions? Thanks

but without the working DAC. I'm thinking it's a hardware issue, but I'll keep plugging away. The seller has been really helpful, but no solution yet
