e-earphone is in Osaka. Definitely worth a visit if you haven't already been to the one in Tokyo. I'm sure there are quite a few high-end audio stores there too, but I don't know Osaka well enough to suggest any.
If you're interested in vintage Japanese HiFi, both those cities have HiFi Do stores, which tend to have some great stuff on display. Den Den town in Osaka also has lots of fun shops to browse on the back streets.
Yeah- DenDen town is fun. There are a few audio shops there that I posted a while back: http://www.head-fi.org/t/578899/headphone-festival-2011-in-tokyo-october-29th-2011-pictorial-bandwidth-warning#post_7871516
Cyma and Kawaguchi Musen are next to each other: https://maps.google.com/maps?q=cyma+audio,+osaka+japan&hl=en&ll=34.660799,135.507045&spn=0.011331,0.020192&sll=34.714807,135.566826&sspn=0.181179,0.323067&t=m&gl=us&hq=cyma+audio,&hnear=Osaka,+Osaka+Prefecture,+Japan&z=16
Sound Pal has a lot of IEMs and headphones. They are a few blocks south on the same street (on the same side) across from the 7-Eleven. And e-earphone is just off the main street there: http://gigaplus.makeshop.jp/gcom1420/ShopInfo/ShopInfoOsaka.html
You can either use Nipponbashi or Ebisucho station and walk a few blocks. I suppose you could also use Namba station. Kawaguchi is closed on Wed/Thurs and Cyma is closed on Thurs.
