I guess all I have to do it wait now. I checked the sellers address on google earth and it looks like a nice house with a swimming pool and everything.

I've been on the other side of the table- I myself have delayed a couple of things I sold. Since I hade issues preventing me from shipping, obviously the same issues prevented me from even being able to contact/reply to people, I mean if I had the time to sit and chat I would have just shipped the item...

Next time I sell things I will have it all packaged up and sure before I take payment, and I will be asking the seller to have things packed and ready before I send payment if I buy things.

Good luck, and I hope this doesn't turn in the wrong direction... though..

Google earth is a great tool =P

Out of State checks usually take about 7-10 business days to clear the sellers account, even though it cleared your bank.If the seller had good feedback Just sit & wait sounds like you have a legit deal.

I had a similar experience (being a little overzealous/unreasonable) when I bought my Wii on eBay...

Long story short, I started emailing the guy every couple of hours (after I'd paid) for a few days...
Turned out he had shipped it right after I paid, and I was just being paranoid.

I'm glad it worked out for you, Dimitris.

Congrats on the speakers, and while you're waiting for them to arrive get that PayPal account set up. I bought some motorcycle leathers on ebay last year and paid with PayPal. When they arrived they were damaged. The seller did not disclose this and then refused to give a refund. I registered a claim with PayPal and although the process took about two months, they took the money from the sellers account and gave me a full refund.

Don't forget though, never ever store money inside. Transfer money into your PayPal account only when you want to use it, and withdraw it immediately when you receive payment
