Keep it white. It does not clash with the tin.

I would hit it with a green sharpie and see what it looks like. You can always clean it off with a bit of iso on a cotton swab if you don't like it. I think green could look good. To me, the white kinda clashes a bit.

Edit: perhaps yellow would be even better. It's kinda hard to tell the color from the picture.

Its almost like a lime green color, nearly neon-esque.
