Im looking for a usb dac for my laptop under 150 I was looking at either the Fubar II or the Super Pro dac. Anyone have any thoughts for the cryoparts dac? Does have the extra optical ports which is nice.
Im going Laptop >DAC> Millet starving student> HD600

I have the PCLinkII it's based on, and it seems solid enough. I just noticed they have another DAC for $100 or so more that looks interesting.

I had the Fubar II and I thought it was a really nice dac as do more than a few people on this forum. No experience with the Super pro Dac, sorry.

Can't comment on the Fubar, but the SuperPro USB 707 is a very nice DAC for the $...

Eventually, I bipassed the opamps and attached output transformers...very nice upgrade. ALO has the USB version for $120, I think...
