Hey peoples! im new to the world of headphones and i need some advice on a good pair of over-ears to buy with a budget of 150$ willing to go to 200 but would prefer not to.I'm  looking for a pair that has a good amount of bass  but not too much to over power the mids and highs. And  overall clear sound, i've been looking at the the shure srh440 headphones but i've heard they lack bass. also looking for some headphones that have a decent amount of isolation, for use in a highschool hallway or cafe teria. if anyone could help that would be great!

I recommend the shure 750 dj they have decent bass and the highs and mids are good

Two options I'd suggest:
 
d2k-luscious bass and good mids and highs being d/c
 
Beyer dt770-good bass, sparkle on the treble, great build quality and nicer isolation than the denon
