I need new artists :)

To find new stuff, I suggest using iTunes. There are other methods ofcourse but iTunes actually has a really big library of music. Just find an artist you like, or would like to find more of, then go to their itunes page or in mini store click "listeners also bought" over to the right, and it will bring up a whole bunch of similar artists and songs. Also you can check iMixes from that artist. You can also just search for a genre. Jazz, Rock, Metal, Indie, New age, etc... Good luck and I hoped this may have helped a little bit.

Couldn't find King Crimson, The Arcade Fire or Working For A Nuclear City.
I will order them (and the recommendings from page 1) at buy.com, I ordered 2 CD's in a shop here 2 weeks ago, he said they would be here early Januari...
Will check some itunes recommendations too.

Type O Negative - sort of gothic metal sounding, more dimensional than many metal bands

N.I.N. - not metal but still heavy sounding and better than most metal bands too

Agalloch (The Mantle) - dark sounding metal and quite good

Godspeed You Black Emperor - contemporary progressive music, from Canada - Yay!
