1. If you have done it, is it worth it?
2. What steps do I need to take to get it done?
3. How much does It typically cost?
4. Is it a pain to have to get them remolded?
5. Are they comfortable?
6. Who is the best vendor to use?

Any help is always appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Many of these questions can be answered by searching this forum.

You need to visit an audiologist in order to get the impressions made which should then be shipped to a company offering remolds.
Companies offering remolds are among others unique melody(custom-iem.com) and 1964Ears(http://www.1964ears.com/products_remolds.html) .

EDIT: I just got my first impressions made it feels awkward the first time and mine hit a reflex in the ear, the pain was short however(I had just had my ear wax removed beforehand which might have made the area a bit tender). You should be very observant about whether you need an open-mouth or closed-mouth impression and if there are any bubbles in the silicone(in which case you need a remake).

1. If you have done it, is it worth it?

Getting them done now, won't know if it's worth it for a couple of weeks

2. What steps do I need to take to get it done?

Phone round some audiologists and get quotes. Theres also a thread on here for reccomended ones do a search. Prices do vary a lot.

3. How much does It typically cost?

Depends who you go with.

4. Is it a pain to have to get them remolded?

Don't know.

5. Are they comfortable?

This will depend a lot on how good your impressions are.

6. Who is the best vendor to use?

Again this varys. For remolds two of the most popular on headfi are fisher (inearz) and unique melody. Both have appreciation thread so sit down and have a read. There are others.

Cheers

Awesome.  Thanks for your response.  If you dont mind, would you tell me how you like them after getting them?

TBH You'd be better off having a browse (there's no need to read the entire thread :) ) through the two threads.  Plenty of more experienced users (good and bad) impressions there.  Here ya go :-

http://www.head-fi.org/forum/thread/454174/iems-reshelled-into-custom-molds-80-in-the-usa-triplefi-10-se530-etc-from-fisher-hearing  and also http://www.head-fi.org/forum/thread/443197/unique-melody-remold-appreciation-and-impressions-thread/2790  That'll give you a better idea.

Gut instinct from me is that it would probably work out cheaper (not necessarily better) if you went with someone like fisher in the states.  It's also a helluva lot quicker if you need refits and saves on shipping as well.

Cheers.
