I know headroom carries them, but I don't want anything that fancy or expensive. I just need something for my Panasonic SL-S360 so I don't have to hold it in my hand when I am walking.
Thanks,

...your coat/jacket/pants?

hopefully, you are wearing these anyway...
so it could just be what you are looking for?

kidding aside though, I have a leather jacket that is nearly perfect for holding my D-25 and the SRM-001 that I carry around with me. I'll have to figure out something else though once warmer weather comes....

There is an excellent design that lots of shops sell that has:
- a compartment for the CD player at the back
- a front section with pockets that hold 12 CDs
- a zipper pouch for earphones
- a velco strap over the top that keeps it all together
- a shoulder strap
- a belt loop (which I don't use)

Size is 170mm x 150mm x 60mm (guess)

Mine is branded Radioshack and I love it - very compact and holds everything together.

This little thing amply protects any portable CD player, it's small, compact, inobtrusive, and you can clip it to your belt. Best of all, it costs a measly $4.50 + shipping.

Go here.
