Hi,
i have receipted my GS1000 today.
At first, during the first 5 minutes, sound wasn't linear and harsh, but after, all runs ok and this headphone sound really extraordinary Great.
Have you some experience concerning the improvement of the sound during the first listening sessions ?
is there a better way to burning it and how many time ?
Thank you for your feed back.

Congratulations on your purchase. The GS1000 takes about 150 hours plus I believe to burn-in. The change is greatest in the first 50 hours, but noticeable change continues for another 100 hours after that. Subtle change occurs after 150 hours. The best way to burn them in? Use them!

cheers
Simon

Don't worry about it, I make plenty of mistakes and everybody seems to understand what I mean (well, I think so, usually....

).

Congratulations on your GS1000! Great phones, I'm sure you'll love them.
You can burn them in any way you want. They will probably stop changing after about 100 hours playing.
Some use pink noise tracks for burn-in. Some discussion on the topic in this thread.

Good advice has been given. They are unique and really good headphone. I'm sure you will enjoy them, even more after burn in. Amping them right is really key too.

Yeah, burning in should be listened to and not by using pink noise samples being played straight for hours.

Enjoy the Evolution of your phones.. I'm sure these phones will get better while you listen your music with them.

No need to be sorry!
There are several of us who don't speak english natively, and as a result have lots of wording and grammatical errors.

Congratulations with the GS1000. Its a fine pair of headphones.

Thank you for yours advise.
I'm listen them all the day with various music : Jazz / Pop / Classical.
it's the first time i'm so impress with a such great sound.
Detail, clear, open, balance, it's like being inside the music.
A DREAM.
i'll break them with a lot listening sessions and with pink noise during the rest of the time ( during 2 weeks ).
After that, time ll do the rest.
