I Got 85 Bucks Whats The Cleanest Sounding Headphones I can get?

I tried the sennheiser hd 598se and M40x the past month. Both were awful. The 598 was cut at 9khz and the lower mids/bass were overly emphasized with no sub bass. the m40x were better having a extended response but they sounded bad for being so "neutral" i believe that around 4-5-6khz it was overly emphasized and 7-8-9 khz it had a awful tugging frequency from its steep cut that just made everything sound rubbery and bad. i got 85 bucks left. I just want a clean sounding frequency response if possible.

Takstar pro 80 or the hsr1000 (same thing)
