I did and had to send my pair back to Ibasso for fixing , worked flawlessly once I got it back so send them an email regarding options

  Did anyone encountered wi-fi problems with the dx-100??

DX100's wifi sucks. It just works on/under/next to modem/router. But there can be also problem about your device, so don't hesitate to contact with iBasso. It's not important to buy from them, iBasso gives 10 years free labor support.
 
Also at first, you can contact via Paul from iBasso, he's very active on HF.

Wow thank you so much my friend :D.I was thinking of changing the software as well... I will contact Paul if the problem persist.
