Hybrid Tube upgrade

Whats the next logical step up from a Little Dot I+? I don't see too many hybrid tube amps around...

HAHA I think I'm going to pick up a pair of MS2i's because I'm afraid I wont like the brightness of the 325's...

But I'm still curious which hybrid amp would be considered an upgrade to the Little Dot I+?

excuse me for moving a little from the subject, but I am actually glad for this thread as I always wanted to know if there are good hybrids in the 600-800 price range that are upgrade to the EF1 and other rather low priced hybrids?
or it is a bang for the buck thing?

Where does one purchase the CTH or the SOHA already assembled?

No offense to others, but I'd really like something built in the US

It looks like the Woo Audio 3+ is made for low impedance cans, although its not a hybrid... any input on it?
