excuse me for moving a little from the subject, but I am actually glad for this thread as I always wanted to know if there are good hybrids in the 600-800 price range that are upgrade to the EF1 and other rather low priced hybrids?

I don't think you could find someone selling a prebuilt CTH or SOHA. Might take a look at the FS. The Minimax is available at Whiplash, if I don't mistaken.

It looks like the Woo Audio 3+ is made for low impedance cans, although its not a hybrid... any input on it?
