What role does humidity from our head and ears have on the headphone driver? I would think that mositure would collect on the driver and thus change the audio characteristics of the headphones. I would also think this effect would be more pronounced on closed headphones compared to open headphones. I would also think that this would degrade the sound signature on orthodynamic/planar magnetic and electrostatic headphones due to how thin those diaphragms are.  Any input on thks phenomenon?

One of my oldest KSC75s... modded of course.  I think the ones I originally pictured on the old mod thread has had extensive sweat-moisture exposure over the near-decade of use.  I never bothered to blot them dry or anything like that and today they sound much warmer and darker overall compared to new ones.  Not sure if theres any correlation at all.  one of the down sides to that mod is you can get sweat all over the drivers.
