HP50 vs 99 Classics

I'm probably gonna pull the trigger today on the 99C or P7.

Well, I'm still using 99 Classics and it has been 3 months or so now. Still love them and enjoy them every day!

The HP50's and 99's are very close in sound but could not get a decent seal on the 50's and at a meet this weekend someone had the 50's but had to do a lot of tweaking to the headband and modding to the pads to get a seal. He heard my Meze and he preferred them so I think you will be happy. The 50's are also good but if you can't get them to fit what's the point.

I've used the 99 Classics for a few hours straight... They sound good, but a little bit boring. They're kinda uncomfortable, unlike my DT-770.

The comfort is something I'm really worried about though.

That is the price we have to pay if you can not audition them first. Everyone hear things differently and no ones head are made the same. When you say boring they are not as bright ?
