i have read in 2 places that 4ps are hand made under a microscope and individually tested...

ER4P cord quality is light years ahead of ER6i. I owned both. I do not even want to say what I have done with ER4Ps. But the cord held up amazing. You won't have a problem with the cord unless you are trying to break it.

They are all made in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. I have been to the facility.
