I want to split the digital coaxial cable (rca) coming off my sound card so that it will go into two sources at the same time. I don't want a switch, just a y. Would a rca splitter like this work, or do I need a digital one and if so where could I find one.
Thanks.

The only way you can get this to work is if you have pro gear with a removeable terminator. You want to make sure that there is only one 75 ohm terminator in the signal path.
