Please can you help me for knowing how to remove the right block, I want change the stock headband

There is a little hole on the bottom of the right block, I have to put a screwdriver in it and turn ?

My headphone is an Alessandro MS2.

Assuming the Alessandro is the same as the Grado simply twist the block from side-to-side and then front-to-back while pulling down. You will hear a little 'crunching' sound, that is the glue breaking its bond. I've done this several times on different Grados without damage.
