Lately I got an earset 3i earphone of B&O. I've read a lot of reviews about how it is sometimes difficult to find the best fit for this earphone. The thing is how can I know if I have the bet fit to have the best of sound quality?

You want the bud to stick in your ear like any other earbud. You position the rest of the hardware to help maintain it's position. These things usually come with a booklet with a schematic showing the placement.

I will give that mod a try. I rediscovered my A8's, having gotten mine long ago way before Head-Fi and after having gone through a significant phase of not listening to music. A8's compare favorably with some of today's popular ear phones. I am really liking them and they're in my listening rotation.
