I have ripped my CDs into wav using EAC in secure mode.

Now i want to burn the album into blank CD-Rs.

How should i be doing it if i use Nero? Do I use 'create a audio cd' or 'create a data cd'? Does either work the same since I am on wav files?

«Create audio CD». You can also create a data CD, but in this case it's not playable on CD players since there are Wave files on the disc instead of CD tracks.

Yes more CD burning software will convert back to PCM so it can play (as long as the CD player playes the CDR media) on most CD players. This is true for other codecs too, not just Waves. Lossy compressed, MP3s, etc. can also be upconverted (but with quality loss still there).
