Pre 2021 head strap definitely had more, smaller holes. 6 rows (I think). Later 2021 models have fewer, larger holes. 4 rows (I think). You can see the difference in the Z reviews comparison video on youtube at 4:30 in to the video. Wanted to post a screenshot from my phone but can’t figure out how.
